The standard working length reaches 6000 mm, and it supports extended options of 9000 mm and 12000 mm. The tube outer diameter range covers 10 mm to 240 mm, up to 500mm optional. Fiber laser power covers 1500w to 6000w. The 6000w configuration delivers stable cutting on stainless steel tube walls up to 12 mm. It delivers reposition accuracy of ±0.05 mm with a minimum linewidth of 0.1 mm. The table loading capacity ranges from 80 to 780kg.

Efficiency sits at the core of the G6000 design. It comes with automatic loading and unloading to create a high efficiency mechanical assembly line and cut labor expenses. The loader connects seamlessly to the cutting host. One tube can finish loading in only 15s. The full system supports a maximum total load of 5 tons. The 3-chuck structure from top brand DAIRUIKE DRK240FS enables zero tailing. Less leftover raw material directly improves material utilization and reduces waste.

The machine supports bevel cutting up to ±45 degrees for easy welding preparation. Dedicated tube nesting software optimizes layout before cutting starts. It reduces scrap and shortens programming time for complex tube structures. Operators can import DXF files and edit cutting paths with simple workflows.

The G6000 fits well into modern automated metal fabrication workshops. It runs on Bochu CypTube software, and shares production data to factory management platforms via OPC UA.
