Production equipment and shipment schedule for August
By the end of August, all mid-year purchase orders from our Brazilian general agent had been fully produced, packed, and shipped. By the time this article is published, the machines should already be drifting across the sea on their way to Brazil! Let's take a look at exactly which models are included in this shipment.
This order consists of a total of 4 fiber laser cutting machines, including the F3000A Fiber Laser Cutting Machine for sheet metal cutting, and the FG3015DH Enclosed Fiber Laser Cutting Machine equipped with a full protective enclosure. All machines are powered by 6000W lasers, as the end customers primarily need to process 12mm stainless steel—making this power level both suitable and cost-effective. Metal fabrication wouldn't be complete without welding equipment. Many end customers in this order are in the door and window manufacturing industry, with a total of 20 units of Handheld Laser Welding Machines and Handheld Laser Cleaning Machines shipped. Our current mainstream handheld welder is 1500W, though we also offer a 3000W 3-in-1 model. If you are a small independent workshop, we recommend the 3-in-1 handheld laser welding machine—it's a highly versatile device capable of not only welding metals and cleaning rust off metal surfaces, but also cutting (fusing) metal materials up to 2mm thick. However, if you are focused on large-scale industrial production, investing in more specialized equipment would be the better choice.
Once all machines were fully produced, they were covered with protective film, securely fastened in wooden crates, and then loaded by forklift into containers and onto semi-trailer trucks. All equipment underwent testing prior to shipment to ensure full functionality. We have also taken shipping videos and photos to document the excellent condition of each unit.
