1. Daily maintenance. First of all, in our daily use, we must pay attention to the regular maintenance of the cutting machine, and clean the dust and combustible substances around the machine tool before and after work every day. Keep the bed clean, turn off the laser source and power supply when off work, and at the same time empty the residual air in the machine tool tube to maintain ventilation.

2. Check the machine. With the widely use of flat laser cutting machines, the machines will be worn to varying degrees, and it is necessary to regularly check whether the machines are damaged by the naked eye. If there is an automatic height adjustment device, check whether it is sensitive and whether the probe needs to be replaced. Check whether the fuselage, cutting head, machine shaft, exhaust chamber valve at the bottom of the fuselage, etc. are damaged, so as not to affect production or even cause immeasurable losses.

3. Maintain lubrication. Pay attention to observe whether there is lubricating oil on the surface of the horizontal and vertical guide rails and racks of the machine. If the degree of lubrication is not enough, add lubricating oil in time to keep it well lubricated.

4. Water replacement and water tank cleaning. The water tank should be cleaned and replaced once a week, and the laser tube must be filled with circulating water before the machine starts working. The water quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube, so it is recommended to use pure water and keep the water temperature below 35°C. In addition, when cleaning the water tank, first turn off the power, unplug the water inlet pipe, let the water in the laser tube automatically flow into the water tank, clean the water tank, replace the circulating water, return the water pump to the water tank, and insert the water pipe connected to the water pump into the water tank. Water outlet, tidy up all joints. Tighten screws and couplings. After the laser cutting machine has been working for a period of time, the screws and couplings at the joints of the movement are prone to loosen, which will affect the stability of the mechanical movement. Or the looseness of the coupling must be repaired in time or contact the manufacturer for repair.
